As a resident of Attleboro for more than 27 years, Rick is councilor who will open the lines of communication between you & issues that could affect you. He has served the City of Attleboro on the:

• WE-CARE Downtown Develop Committee
• Fireworks Committee, Chairman
• Streetscape Committee, Chairman
• Millennium Committee
• Tri-Centennial Committee
• Master Plan Committee
• Cultural Council
• Willet School Improvement Program
• Attleboro Habitat for Humanity

Outside of government he has served on the executive boards of the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, Knights of Columbus and United Way. Past President:  American Society of Appraisers Boston Chapter, Massachusetts Auctioneers Association, Attleboro Rotary Club, Attleboro Business International Network, New England Business Professional Association.

Rick has also served New Hope Inc. Gourmet Guys & Wine Tasting Fundraiser, The Literacy Center, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Christmas is for Kids and was Founder of Attleboro Arts Museum Annual Auction.
